Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer relations role.
• Minimum of 1 year of revenue cycle experience; Epic experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge required.
• Excellent computer skills and strong telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and insurance verification.
• Handle authorizations, price estimation, and denial prevention.
• Process claims and perform financial screening to maximize reimbursement.
• Ensure accurate price estimation and compliance with pricing transparency.
• Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and electronically.
