Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Access Associate for the Henrietta Medical Campus to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with payments. You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, delivering warm, attentive service and accurate information.

The role requires a 2 year degree or equivalent, basic computer skills, and strong customer service and communication abilities, with the schedule Tue-Fri 11am-8pm and Sat 9am-1pm.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.

Responsibilities
