• Prior collections experience preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Welcome patients and verify demographics, insurance, and billing data.
• Register patients for services and facilitate timely discharge to maximize reimbursement.
• Communicate patient status to clinical partners to maintain flow.
• Provide patient education on test locations and portal use.
