Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one year of hire.
- Medical terminology knowledge and coding skills are a plus.
- Experience with insurance verification and explaining benefits is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Researches, collects, and analyzes information to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Leads through resolution of performance-improvement opportunities.
- Distributes analytical reports and supports ad-hoc operational projects.
- Creates reports and educational materials; ensures quality and safety compliance.
