Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a Data Analyst to support Patient Experience efforts by managing data tools, developing reports, and interpreting results to guide improvement initiatives across the organization.

You will prepare quarterly and ad hoc reports for boards and executives, troubleshoot reporting issues, and train staff on PRCeasyview.com while collaborating with leaders to advance patient experience strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets, large databases, visualization tools, BI tools, statistical software, and word processing.
• Creative, flexible, open to change, results-oriented, organized.
• Demonstrates self-directedness with critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Understanding of CAHPS methodology and process improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Produces or coordinates reports used by all levels of the organization with analysis and presentation of results.
• Prepares quarterly reports for corporate and subsidiary Boards of Directors.
• Obtains and organizes data to support provider compensation planning.
• Troubleshoots data/reporting platform issues and maintains data consistency.
• Acts as internal expert on PRCeasyview.com and trains staff on usage.
