Responsibilities

• Validate preauthorization information and complete appeals to insurance companies if a claim is denied.
• Work with physician offices to ensure authorization and provide education on related issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients by phone and in person.
• Lead denial management and ensure timely appeals via mail, fax, phone, or electronically.
