Job summary

MaineHealth, Biddeford, ME, is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Representative on-site to greet patients and families, assist with registration, verify insurance, handle admissions, and provide follow-up support to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

  • Computer and data entry experience with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication is required.
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.

Patient Access Rep (On-Site | Biddeford, ME)

Join a close-knit, team-oriented Patient Access Department just 15 minutes from Portland-at MMC Biddeford.

In this entry-level role, you'll work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. You'll support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up-helping create a positive experience during critical moments.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
