Job summary

MaineHealth, Biddeford, ME, is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Representative on-site to greet patients and families, assist with registration, verify insurance, handle admissions, and provide follow-up support to ensure a smooth patient journey.

You will work alongside clinical teams as the first contact, in a collaborative department with training and growth opportunities. Shift differentials are available, and the role focuses on excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
• Computer and data entry experience with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication is required.
• Ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.
