You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance at check-in, and handle walk-ins with courtesy and accuracy. Responsibilities include collecting payments, scheduling follow-ups, supporting patient experience programs, and coordinating with the Revenue Cycle Management team to obtain necessary information, while maintaining accurate electronic health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Talent Sorter assessment may be administered as part of the selection process.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Receptionist experience or medical front office procedures preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, providing wait time information and addressing inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-in registrations.
• Collect patient payments, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including cast and measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs; support group information and resources.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records for all patients.
