Job summary

Intuitive Health is expanding its patient access team to support registration, insurance verification, and patient communications at our Evansville location. The Patient Access Advocate will help greet patients, collect payments, verify coverage, and ensure accurate demographics in the electronic health record.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a patient-focused approach to delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Typing Speed of 50wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a friendly, courteous and professional manner in person and over the phone.
• Register patients, update demographics, verify insurance, collect copayments and document in the system.
• Perform visit closure activities including collecting payments and follow-up tasks for patient care.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with wayfinding for patients and visitors.
