Women's Care is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing assistance in a fast-paced OB/GYN focused practice.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and comfort with EMR systems like eCW. This on-site role emphasizes a welcoming demeanor and accurate information collection to ensure smooth patient experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly with a courteous manner.
• Collect demographics, update profiles, and ensure accurate scheduling and billing.
• Assist with payment collection and address billing concerns.
• Scan insurance cards and IDs into the EMR system following HIPAA rules.
• Explain policies and answer questions about registrations and payments.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and verify insurance information.
