This PRN, as-needed role provides training and growth within healthcare revenue cycle environments, supporting registration, insurance verification, and scheduling while delivering courteous, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with check-in across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays and answering questions clearly.
• Build trust with patients during anxious or stressful moments.
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates.
