Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Strong data entry and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Enter patient information into the registration system and verify data accuracy.
• Verify insurance benefits and pre‑certification requirements for admissions and outpatient services.
• Coordinate collection of estimated self‑pay balances and set up financial arrangements.
• Assist with general hospital information and direct patients within the facility.
