Qualifikationen

• Two years of admitting office and/or PBX operator experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Computer literacy and proficiency.
• Customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Register patients according to procedures and prepare financial folders.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Operate PBX and handle calls, paging, and emergency codes.
• Ensure authorization and pre-certification requirements for procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe environment.
