Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Pathways Operations Manager with an MBA for Bethel, PA. You will lead a Fulfillment Center with Area Managers, applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, and efficiency while driving cost and performance metrics.

This role includes partial telecommuting and regular in-office presence. The position supports staffing, training, and the development of leadership bench strength across inbound or outbound operations, ensuring top-notch customer

Competenze

• Must have advanced degree or equivalent in Business/Engineering/Operations.
• Three years of management experience in a global supply chain or similar.
• Proven lean process improvement and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Own budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for a Fulfillment Center.
• Lead and coach a team of Area Managers to meet performance goals.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee inbound or outbound operations, safety, and customer experience.
• Manage staffing lifecycle including hiring, promotions, and performance reviews.
