Job summary

New Visions for Public Schools is seeking a Pathway Gap Data and Systems Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Career Directory data. The role will lead the pilot of the Training Dates solution, coordinating providers, collecting data, and shaping requirements with the technology team.

You’ll maintain partner relationships, conduct outreach, and build scalable data processes that support youth in navigating postsecondary and workforce opportunities across New York City.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining data accuracy across large data sets.
• Experience conducting outreach with external partners via phone/email.
• Familiarity with NYC workforce development ecosystem preferred.
• Comfortable in a hybrid office setting and evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the Training Dates solution with ~30 programs and coordinate the cohort.
• Coordinate data submission, verify data quality, and troubleshoot issues with providers.
• Maintain Career Directory content, perform audits, and ensure listings are current.
• Engage with workforce training providers to build trusted relationships and relay feedback to tech teams.
