Job summary

Explore Schools seeks a detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Operations team in Brooklyn, NY. In this in-person role, you will partner with leadership to build and enforce systems supporting instruction, assessments, and data management.

You will lead staff training on data systems, coordinate testing, and manage school schedules, while maintaining strong relationships with teachers, families, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and instructional leaders to align operational support.
• Implement systems and operational support for the instructional team and meet deadlines.
• Manage and share scholar data with teachers, leaders, families, and students.
• Lead staff trainings for student information systems and data analysis.
• Coordinate testing administration, scoring, and data analysis for internal and state exams.
• Create and disperse school schedules and manage digital curriculum deployment.
• Support staff and field activities and handle special projects as needed.
• Actively engage in identity work to dismantle white supremacy culture.
