Job summary

Heights Philadelphia seeks a Manager, Career Pathways to coordinate and manage career pathway programming for high school and college students. You will oversee enrollment, orientation, tracking, workshops, and ongoing student support, working with schools, employers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will design and implement programs, foster partnerships with schools and industry leaders, and drive equitable access to opportunity for all students while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in youth/workforce development or related field.
• Experience with middle/high school students or college-age populations preferred.
• Experience facilitating workshops or group activities preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and digital skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and support to help students navigate career exploration and internships.
• Coordinate logistics: scheduling, attendance tracking, transportation, meals, events.
• Support internships, job shadowing, employer visits and other experiential learning.
• Maintain regular communication with students and school staff; track progress and outcomes.
• Prepare reports, success stories, and presentation materials.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Manage year-round and summer programming, including hiring and supervising staff.
