Job summary

Explore Schools is seeking a Program Manager in Brooklyn, NY to strengthen operational systems for instructional support and data management. This exempt role works with the Operations team and leadership to drive multi-project coordination and staff trainings.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to culturally responsive pedagogy. In-person work is required in this Brooklyn-based role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to align on operational support needed.
• Implement systems and operational support for the instructional team, meeting deadlines.
• Manage scholar data sharing with teachers, leaders, families and students.
• Lead staff training for SIS, assessments, gradebooks, and data analysis.
• Coordinate testing administration, scoring, and data analysis for internal assessments and state exams.
• Create and disperse school schedules.
• Oversee digital curriculum and platforms for students and staff.
• Handle ad-hoc operational projects and special assignments.
• Actively engage in identity work to dismantle white supremacy culture.
