Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Education, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in workforce development, adult education, career counseling, or case management preferred.
• Knowledge of career pathways, workforce systems, postsecondary education, and community resources.
• Experience with diverse adult learners and underserved populations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized career and postsecondary plans based on participants' goals, interests, skills, and abilities.
• Provide ongoing career coaching, goal setting, and individualized support throughout program participation.
• Guide participants in exploring career pathways, apprenticeships, college, credentialing, and other opportunities.
• Coordinate referrals to workforce development partners, employers, and community resources.
• Maintain participant records, intake processes, and documentation in compliance with program requirements.
