Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator in the Infectious Diseases section. The role supervises administrative activities for the Clinical Fellowship Education Program, ensures compliance with ACGME requirements, and oversees recruitment, onboarding, and data management for fellows.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience, nonprofit program coordination a plus.
• Knowledge of social/behavioral science research methods and program evaluation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative activities of the Clinical Fellowship Education Program.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and government regulations.
• Maintain trainee rotation schedules and data management systems.
• Draft reports and updates required by ACGME.
• Support travel arrangements, conferences, and speaker arrangements.
