Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Fellowship Program Coordinator to manage administrative activities for the Clinical Fellowship Education Program in Infectious Diseases. You will oversee onboarding, schedules, data collection, and compliance with ACGME and governing bodies under the Program Director.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) required.
• Minimum a minimum of 4 years related experience.
• Non-profit program coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors program guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with ACGME and government regulations.
• Evaluates program outcomes and ensures culturally appropriate continuum of services for trainees.
• Maintains trainee rotation schedules and compiles data for status updates.
• Drafts reports required by ACGME.
• Coordinates meetings, travel arrangements, and speaker arrangements for the fellowship program.
