Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. This development-focused role combines self-paced training with hands-on learning over 16 weeks, guided by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

The program covers customer service, merchandising, team leadership, and store operations. Full-time schedule with a typical pay range of $18.50–$26.25 per hour, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
