CVS Health Corporation is looking for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States. This full-time role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a support network including the District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach. The position emphasizes leadership, merchandising, customer care, and inventory management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
