Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader who embodies our servant leadership and core values, supporting senior leaders in daily operations, coaching team members, and driving our Recipe for Service in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will lead shifts, manage guest needs with a friendly, professional tone, and help train new hires while maintaining high standards of hospitality and teamwork. This role offers growth, development, and a rewarding people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
