  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file patent applications and related filings under supervision.
  • Monitor deadlines for US and international dockets and coordinate with attorneys.
  • Maintain client communications and manage confidential information.
  • Track billable and non-billable time per firm policy.
  • Provide back-up support and participate in training of other paralegals.
  • Utilize USPTO and related government resources effectively.
