Qualifications

• Proficiency with CFR and MPEP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed day-to-day per firm guidelines.
• Monitor deadlines for US and international dockets and follow up with attorneys/clients.
• Prepare and file patent applications, pre-grant filings, and related filings with USPTO and PCT.
• Efficiently manage IDS data and filings with the USPTO under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and manage recordation of assignments and name changes in US and internationally.
• Review USPTO and foreign correspondence promptly.
• Provide back-up support and assist in training junior paralegals as needed.
• Maintain client and matter files, track time, and ensure accurate billing.
