and international prosecution assignments with multiple professionals and foreign associates. You will file patent applications, respond to office actions, maintain records, and assist with continuity and docketing. Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience (paralegal, legal professional, IP, docketing) is required.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. patent applications and international PCT applications.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign prosecution activities, including filing instructions and inventor-related processes.
• Monitor dockets and deadlines, report office communications, and maintain prosecution records.
• Support invention evaluation and patent processes by organizing documentation.
