Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for USPTO filings and docket management.
• Draft routine letters and inventor formality documents.
• Respond to client instructions for US, PCT, and foreign applications.
• Monitor deadlines and manage day-to-day docket tasks.
• Save documents in iManage and maintain client information.
• Billing time tracking for client and firm records.
