Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a detail-obsessed Pastry Sous Chef to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen, overseeing daily operations, food prep, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pastry or similar culinary experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.

• Flexible for a 24-hour operation.

About you…

Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

$85,000-$95,000 annually + incentive bonus
