1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to lead a talented pastry team in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen on a high-volume operation.

You will assist in all pastry prep, supervise line staff, manage inventory, and provide on-the-spot solutions while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position offers competitive compensation and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and strong leadership with guest and team engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
