The position involves setting up and maintaining the pastry prep station, assisting with function pastries, and ensuring sanitary and safe food handling. The role is scheduled for 3 days weekly, with weekends preferred.

• Prepares pastries for special functions
• Makes pastries according to club recipes and standards
• Cleans equipment and ensures that walk‑ins are clean and neat
• Sets up, maintains and breaks down pastry prep station
• Identifies products needed and requisitions them.
• Notifies Pastry Chef in advance of product shortages
• Maintains safety and security in work area
• Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times
• Adheres to state and local health and safety standards
• Maintains the highest sanitary standards
• Ensures that work station and equipment are clean and sanitary
• Covers, dates and neatly stores re‑usable leftover products
• Ensures that food products are used before they spoil
• Assists with other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef
• Prepares and serves items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Reports to: Pastry Chef

Schedule: Part-Time, 3 days weekly, Weekends availability preferred

Pay Rate: $20/hr
