CUT Beverly Hills is seeking a Pastry Cook 2 to join the renowned pastry team in our flagship Beverly Hills location. You will assist in preparing world-class desserts, breads, and laminated pastries for service in a luxury, high-volume setting.

The role requires at least 2 years pastry experience, a pastry-focused technical culinary program, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical culinary program with pastry emphasis required.
• Minimum 2 years pastry experience.
• Open availability - weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, set up and prepare pastries, desserts, breads, and plated components for service.
• Maintain standard pastry recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure supply levels for pastry production are adequate for service.
• Produce and plate pastries and desserts; ensure high quality presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and health department standards in prep and walk-in areas.
• Support food & beverage portions and waste controls.
