• Strong teamwork and positive energy.
• Ability to follow basic baking and cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dessert and baked items per standard recipes.
• Maintain portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Complete daily prep list and closing checklist; keep station clean and sanitary.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to Pastry Chef or manager-on-duty.
