Qualifications

• Proven experience as a successful Pastry Chef.
• 3+ years of experience in a pastry kitchen handling preparation and cooking.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and sanitation principles.

Responsibilities

• Craft a dessert menu aligned with the concept and locale while partnering with the Executive Chef.
• Create detailed recipe cards and ensure consistent use by the team.
• Mentor pastry cooks and foster a positive kitchen culture.
• Communicate openly with other chefs to ensure recipe alignment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station per regulations.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to the Executive Chef.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and contribute ideas.
• Keep guest experience as the top priority in all activities.
