You will mix doughs, bake, decorate, and package products to Tatte’s exact standards, collaborating with a tight-knit team to ensure quality, cleanliness, and efficiency while growing your skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume pastry production kitchen.
• Knowledge of ingredient scaling and measuring.
• Experience with pastry mixing techniques and baking fundamentals.
• Experience preparing custards, creams, pastries, and desserts.
• Understanding of baking science and product temperature control.
• Passion for baking with a strong attention to quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale and measure ingredients accurately.
• Mix doughs and batters using pastry techniques.
• Bake, finish, decorate, and package products to quality standards.
• Maintain proper temperatures and sanitation in production.
