Qualifications

• Prior experience in a commercial baking/pastry operation preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards.
• Assisting higher level bakers.
• All other duties as assigned by Chef.
