Responsibilities

• Set up your work area and ensure quality mise en place.
• Ensure items are produced and stocked to display before start; catering/wholesale orders packed by pickup time.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized; leave station as you found it.
• Lend a hand during busy periods; cross-train as needed.
• Train new colleagues; weekly deep cleaning projects.
• Maintain floor drains and perform routine maintenance as directed.
• Communicate prep and ordering needs to management in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
