Job summary

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking an Advanced Level Pastry Cook to join the culinary team. The role focuses on preparing pastry products per shop standards and contributing to high-level baking creations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will work with a talented pastry team and support the execution of specialty desserts for events and daily hotel operations. The position emphasizes consistent quality, creativity, and adherence to Hyatt standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced Level Pastry Cook experience or demonstrated skill in pastry production.
• Ability to prepare pastry products to Pastry shop standards and assist in high level baking creations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of pastry products according to Pastry shop standards.
• Assist in high level baking creations and decorative pastry work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
