Job summary

The Henry by Fox Restaurant Concepts is seeking a Pastry Cook in Plano, TX. This role requires preparing bread and pastry from scratch, portioning products, and maintaining food safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Weekend and some holiday availability is required, with opportunities for growth within the family of brands. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of restaurant experience, strong communication, and the stamina to stand long hours while lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to stand for long periods, and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch.
• Portion products and follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
