The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts and affiliated with The Cheesecake Factory, is hiring a Line Cook. Join a fast-paced kitchen where you will prepare food from scratch, cook a variety of items, and uphold strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication and physical stamina, able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience cooking meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables on broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Willing to work weekends and some holidays.
• Available to fill in as needed for smooth restaurant operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain clear communication with team and be flexible on shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Fill in as needed to ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operation.

What you’ll do:
