The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring a Pastry Cook in Plano, TX. The role requires crafting bread and pastry from scratch, portioning items, and maintaining strict food safety standards in a busy setting.

Candidates should have 2+ years in high-volume restaurants, strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend and some holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch.
• Portion products and follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
