Momoya Soho Japanese Restaurant is seeking a FULL TIME Pastry Cook & Bakers for an upscale restaurant in Soho and the sister project Happy Tuna.

Momoya Soho is a modern upscale Japanese restaurant featuring a sushi bar, wine/sake/beer bar, and outdoor seating in Soho (Prince St. & Mulberry St).

Qualifications/Requirements - Pastry Cook/Bakers:

• 0 years of pastry kitchen experience; some knowledge preferred.
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture.
• Japanese dessert experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with good communication skills.
