Job description

Join to apply for the Pastry Cook role at Casamata.

Cosme, located in Flatiron NYC, is currently seeking experienced Pastry Cooks to join their team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing all food items according to standardized recipes.
  • Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food.
  • Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to guests.
  • Ensuring proper food storage and sanitation standards to guest safety.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency.
  • Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: Hourly $19.00 - $20.00.
