Montage Big Sky invites passionate culinarians to join a team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for guests. You will lead kitchen operations, craft high-quality dishes, and train junior staff in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

We value creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail as you contribute to memorable meals and WOW moments for guests across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum three years cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and execution of food orders.
• Collaborate with associates to meet production goals and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with training new kitchen associates.
• Supervise and mentor cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Create and innovate new menu items and specials.
• Skillfully prepare hot and cold foods that meet our high standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing waste.
• Maintain a clean working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
