Job summary

Montage International's Montage Big Sky property seeks a Pastry Cook III for the Winter J1 program. Prepare pastries and desserts to menu descriptions and hotel standards, mentor junior cooks, and maintain sanitation and quality.

Creative pastry production and timely guest requests are essential. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a luxury hotel setting, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• One year minimum cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the highest quality pastries and desserts according to menu and hotel standards.
• Mentor Cook III and kitchen staff with guidance and support.
• Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation, and culinary techniques.
• Restock supplies and keep the area clean.
• Work collaboratively to meet guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as needed by business demands.
