Job summary

NexDine is seeking a Pastry Chef for our Dallas location to join the culinary team. You will report to the Chef Manager and handle daily pastry tasks, assist with baking duties, and support kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.

Required are a High School diploma and 1–3 years’ pastry experience, plus strong customer service skills. Availability for holidays and weekends is expected, with growth opportunities and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef Manager with daily pastry operations and prep.
• Set up from BOH to FOH and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
• Decorate baked goods and prepare batters, fillings, and icings.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
