FOGON AND LIONS MEDLEY LLC in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team. You will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or pastry chef experience preferred.
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Knowledge of gluten-free and sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Previous experience decorating cakes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Available for early morning shifts.
