Job summary

DMNO LLC is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team. You will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets, bringing creative flair to our bakery. The ideal candidate has bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts.

You will lead pastry staff, ensure quality and safety, and help manage inventory for early morning shifts. If you are hardworking and collaborative, you will mentor junior bakers and work with the menu team to design seasonal offerings that delight

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or pastry chef experience preferred.
• Ability to operate professional-grade kitchen appliances.
• Knowledge of gluten-free and sugar-free baking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Experience decorating cakes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Available for early morning shifts.
