OpenTrain AI, Inc. seeks a contract-based reviewer to evaluate AI responses on passport and citizenship topics. You will review questions, define what accurate answers should include, and assess AI-generated replies against standards.

This role requires prior experience with passport or citizenship adjudication, clear writing, and the ability to explain issues in feedback to improve answer quality. Fluent English is essential, and the work is part-time with 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Former work in a State Department passport agency as a Passport Specialist or Adjudicator, or in a consular section as a Consular Officer.
• At least one year adjudicating or advising on passport or citizenship matters, with knowledge of citizenship and nationality rules and passport eligibility.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Identify passport and citizenship questions that do not reflect realistic applicant needs.
• Create rubrics for correct answers about lost, stolen, or damaged passports, name changes, citizenship documents, minors, custody matters, and abroad cases.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers for errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
• Explain issues clearly in written feedback to support better answer quality.
