Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. You will help clients at home with daily living, safety, health, and engagement, tailoring activities to their interests.
We welcome 18+ applicants with at least 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver's license, vaccination or exemption, TB test, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or you may have an exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray and Live Scan fingerprint clearance.
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification obtainable through us.
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

Benefits:
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
